I recently got to step behind the lens for a high school graduate who holds a very special place in my heart. We spent the day playing with the gorgeous, airy natural light at a studio in Pioneer Square, and it was such a joy to capture this milestone in a way that felt 100% like "her."
Seattle is packed with incredible backdrops for a senior portrait session like this—whether you're dreaming of the greenery at the Arboretum or Lincoln Park, the iconic energy of Pike Place and the Waterfront, a moody urban studio, or even the comfort of your own backyard. My biggest piece of advice? Pick a spot where you feel like your best self; the more comfortable you are, the more your personality shines through.
